BRINDABELLA BUSINESS PARK

This highly contemporary business park is set within the transport hub of Canberra International Airport, minutes from the Parliamentary Triangle, Canberra CBD, the Department of Defence and the city of Queanbeyan. Tenants range from hi-tech aerospace, defence and technology to other creative businesses.

Working closely with local architects Daryl Jackson Alastair Swayn, CLOUSTON designed and documented high-quality, robust landscape environments for half a number of buildings on the site, as well as the Brand Depot and Majura office site.

The park has been designed and built around the criteria for “Australian Excellence” Green Star rating. Its buildings and associated grounds have achieved a 5-star rating, making it one of Australia’s most sustainable built environments.
