GRAFTON WATERFRONT PRECINCT PLAN

Clarence Valley, NSW

The plan’s objective was to re-engage the city with the mighty Clarence River and establish Grafton as a tourism hub for the Clarence region. It centred around revitalising a three-kilometre stretch of waterfront extending from Queen Street in the city to the Grafton Bridge.

Undertaken with extensive community consultation, CLOUSTON’s master plan established a set of guiding design principles and outlined a prioritised strategy for developing this underutilised waterfront resource.
