SCHOFIELDS ROAD STAGES 1 AND 2

Schofields Road in located in a high-growth area of Sydney’s North West, connecting the town centres of Rouse Hill and Marsden Park. CLOUSTON Associates prepared detailed design and documentation for Stage 1 of the project and have also undertaken concept design development for Stage 2.
The road corridor features cuttings as well as bridges and underpasses; in time it will be an attractive tree-lined road with bold signature planting at major intersections and nodes. In developing the urban design components, CLOUSTON made extensive use of 3D modelling to review concepts and engage the client and project team.
