THE FORUM PLAZA
St Leonards, NSW
Built over St Leonards railway station, The Forum Plaza is a mixed-use development with ground-floor retail, commercial street frontage and two residential towers.
A bold and generous reflective pool provides a focal feature and ample seating opportunity in a Plaza that provides for public access and amenity, commercial, retail and cafe space. Flanking the pool are ten mature transplanted Canary Island Date Palms and a number of flowering Crepe Myrtles.
CLOUSTON prepared concept designs, development application drawings, documentation drawings and specifications as well as providing contract advice for this robust urban space overlooked by a high-quality residential development.
